Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Machine
Carefully pack the product in its original packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous shipping barcodes.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians receive and inspect the machine for quality assurance, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
